LEVEL 1 – BEGINNER WORKOUT

Once opened go to “File” at the top right hand corner of your screen and select “save as”.  If you have no folder already assigned for video downloads then open one first.  The computer will then save it for you so that you can watch it whenever you wish.

You may also find that your computer puts up a message asking you what you want to do with the file.  It will give you some options such as “save” or “view now”.  Here you would select “save” and the computer will then do the work for you, just make a note of where it is saving it.

It is extremely important that you are working at a comfortable pace and are able to talk.   Please read the instructions and guidelines at the beginning of the video before attempting this.

If you experience any chest pain, feelings of dizziness, lightheadedness or feel excessive shortness of breath, then slow down stop and recover.

When you can comfortable do this video, trying rewinding the workout back five minutes and repeat the last section again.    As you get fitter you will find that you will be able to exercise for longer.    ALWAYS do the cool down and then sit and rest for 10 minutes
