When trying this for the first time, please use a chair or wall for support. When using a chair please select one that is at least waist height so that you are not leaning, but able to stand upright.
Try not to grip the chair tightly but rest your hand gently on top so that you are working on improving your balance. If you get to a point in the video and are unable to move on to the next move then stay at the level you can comfortably do for a couple of weeks then try moving on through. There is no rush, keep the movements controlled, smooth and small.
