THANK YOU for purchasing this legs and butt workout, I hope that you enjoy it.   If at first you are unable to do it all, then pace yourself, listen to yur body, stop if you have to.   After a few attempts you will quickly find that you can do the whole and eventually do it without a chair.

This is an ideal workout to do after a cool down.   If you are short of time but want to use this, then do a warm up first.

This is a workout for legs and buttocks, a chair is recommended until you have mastered the workout.
